I think I understand the idea... Reduce the blade cross section and therefore increase the velocity.... But really it was just a kid who wanted to destroy his turbo, I guess.

yes this is a repost, and yes im sure some dumb kid is smarter than all the garrett/turbonetics/precision/mitsubishi engineers
