i ordered a turbo from motormatrix at the end of fabruary he said it will take about 3 week to receive the turbo, he took a deposit of 100$ and i tell him to take the rest when he receive the turbo from pt. 6 week pass still no turbo then i called pt(douane) and they told me that the turbo was not b/o so they can built it and ship it to motormatix anytime!so i was wtf his telling all kind of bulshitting then i called my credit compani to found out that motormatrix took the rest of the credit whithout my permission .
seem like mike is ver very hard to join ,no phone only pm and telling me all kind of excuse sorry for this sorry for that . then i ask him for a refund cuz its like 8 week pass no turbo ,still motormatrix telling me some excuse for not refunding me, im tired and out of patience of that **** now all i want is my money back and fast so i can order from someone who gime a good custumer service and wont tell lie and bulshit

 

Maybe he charged your credit card because he just got the turbo and shipped it out. Most shops i know wont charge until it ships. Hope things work out, have you tried calling him. Thats the fastest way to get in touch with people most of the time.
