As long as the IC piping matches the intercooler, works fine. Your manifold/downpipe combination is independent of the Intercooler and piping.

The right hand side would be kind of tricky I would imagine. The piping on that side would need some custom fab, but I can't see it NOT working. I guess if the price is right, why not?

i wouldnt do it. i have a db8 (same piping as dc2) and i use the greedy 31v, but my end tanks both go straight insted of the 90 degree you are looking at. the pipe routing would just be a head ache, and you would be introducing more bends to your charge pipe than needed.

that core is tube and fin, and i tihink it's limits are around 300-350. for around $400 you could get a brand new bar and plate precision 350.

Yeah the end tanks was what I was worried about and the way the intercooler piping would be routed. 300- 350hp range would be perfect for what I need.I was gonna offer him $150-175 for it. How difficult would it be to rout the piping?

Is it possible to flip the intercooler so that endtank is on the other side?
