for low boost...yes it helps, but since it doesn't compensate for boost...you will have to find a happy medium. I ditched mine after a while.

mine wirking fantastic, up to 10 lbs and beyond. See thread "Back from the dyno and happy again" (11/17) for detailed discussions on VAFC and tunning potential.
