In other words; no. That is completely bogus crap, sorry to say. There have been a FEW reasonably successful electric superchargers made, however. It seems that the most economical thing to do is to use the compressor side of a turbocharger with a VERY high speed model airplane motor. There have been used to produce atleast 4psi on a 4cyl engine, no joke. I got into making one a while back, but realized I'd be much better off with a legitimate turbocharger set-up, since I can't really fabricate a bunch of custom stuff.

I thought Turbulance was BAD for airflow into the engine?
good for carburated engines
they say it helps the fuel stay mixed longer with the air
