Default would this be an adequate turbo?

hi guys, ive been collecting turbo parts for my street prelude that has a non-vtec H23, im only looking at a fairly small turbo build, some where around 75-90hp increase. well i got my cast manifold, greedy bov, and an intercooler so far. my friend was thinking of turboing his car last summer, he never got around to it and now he has a turbo for me to purchase. i'm not good with trim numbers and turbo sizing cuz im pretty new to turbos, but heres are all the data that came with it.

new Model: Garrett/Airesearch TB0326 (T3 Series)
-OE Part #: 465446-9
-Wastegate setting: 7 psi
-Compressor Trim: 50
-Turbine Trim: 69
-Compressor Housing a/r: .42
-Turbine Housing a/r: .48
-Oil Cooled Only

should i use this turbo, or will it be too small/too big, anyway he only wants 200 for it and its in real good condition no excessive shaft play. any input would be appreciated. thanks guys

yeah its a simple 42,48 T3 internally gated that usually came off of a saab or volvo. this turbo wont put out much power but I suggest it for a small small power upgrade for maybe road racing or auto x do to the quick spool. how much power are you looking for?

well, i am looking at just doing a moderate turbo setup, i only want to run about 6-9psi and looking at a 70-95 hp increase over my 160 stock hp. i'm only going to race it occasionally, but mostly its a street car. and im not sure if you have ever driven a prelude before but they have very "short" gear ratios and accelerate through the gears very rapidly, so spool up time is important to me i want the boost to apply at around 3k-5.5k RPM

I think you might want to go with a t3 60 trim with a .48 housing, that would give you what you want with good spool or possibly even a .63 housing.
