i have a 1st gen. 14b eclipse turbo, it is a core and dosn't even spin! (rusted) and the exhaust houseing has i fine crack on the wastegate. is this thing worth rebulding or shoud i scrap it and get a new one??? anyone even know what it might cost do rebuid this thing??? I am planning on using it for my crx.

What kind of horsepower goals are you looking for? How much boost will you be running???

You should state some general facts when asking questions like this

 

no used turbo like that is worth rebuilding. just go to the junk yard or find someone selling their junkyard turbo and buy it from them. Rebuild=$300...jy turbo=$100. you do the math
