Well thanks to a bunch of friends helping me I got the turbo installed started the bitch up and MAN it sound FAWKING SIICCCCKKKK!!!! I'm at 5 pounds and it feels faster than last year when I was at 11psi (3" open downpipe makes a huge difference, I love it) My question is will a side exhaust make a difference from an open downpipe because I already got high from the fumes???... anyways... here is the setup and the pics....
Wiseco 85mm Forged Pistons
Crower Billet Rods
CP Piston Rings
ACL bearings
ARP Head Studs
XTD Stage 3 Clutch
XTD 11lb Chromoly Flywheel
Rebuilt Stock Head
(A/C removed, P/S removed, All EGR and Emissions stuff removed)
Borg Warner GM8 Turbo
SPF Manifold
3" Downpipe
3" Straight Piping Side exhaust
2.5" Intercooler Piping
31x9x3 Intercooler
Tial 50mm BOV
Tial 38mm Wastegate
3Bar Map Sensor
550cc RC Injectors (I might need 750cc for the power range)
AEM Fuel Rail
Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator
Stainless Fuel Lines
Greddy Catch Can
P06 Chipped for Uberdata
Boost, Oil Pressure, and EGT Gauges

I plan on turning up the boost when I get money because I am running on a basemap now that goes up to 11psi. It feels really really good though. I like it alot. It runs strong and hard. I already beat an M3 on the highway and was shocked. This is what I was waiting for and now I am done. You can check out the build here.... https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1554011

Looks pretty good. I didn't realize you were from michigan until I saw the Milan pictures.
Look out for a EBP Si out there this summer. I'm finishing the tuning now.
As for the side exit, I've got massive clearance problems, I couldn't imagine losing 3 of the 4 inches that I have...

The manifold is a sfp manifold... from what I heard they went out of business... I,personally, don't like the manifold at all. I don't like how it's angled because it clutters up everything and adds unnecessary bends to the downpipe... anyways next summer should change almost more than half of the motor/turbo setup....

um.. is that a vacume line going from you plenum tank on you intake manifold to your crank case? If so, I would remove that immidiatly (sp?).
other than that, that setup looks nice! Where did you get your basemap from?

Ya man I looked into an SFP too... I didnt much care for it either (not that I think its a piece of ****).
I got a Stainless"mini tubular" from mike at LSD Motorsports A/C and PS compatable, great WG placement and love it...Have a 3" DP that is no where near anything... Kept the front motormount too.... Mike took GREAT care of me. Mani works great, no cracks nmo trouble. When I got it, i cleaned up the inside of it, had it ceramic coated, and ROCK IT!!!
Just fyi if your looking around... I know you had the ramhorn last time around... I thought about it, but wanted to keep allmy ****. If interested, I can send some pics... Nice Build man!!!!
