Default Wont turn over :(

I just put a new skunk 2 intake manifold, some RC 440 injectors, a Walbro 255 fuel pump, and an AEM fuel presure regulartor on my b18c1 and now I can't get it to start. It sparks and I can hear the fuel going through, but it just wont fire. I checked all the fuses and made sure everything was plugged in. Now I'm out of ideas so please help me. What else should I check?

How can you hear the fuel? When it primes?

I made a basic basemap for my hondata with the new injectors so I'd think it would at least run rough.

With the rear seats out the fuel pump is quite loud and very noticable, can also hear it when I put my ear by the fuel pressure regulator. I'm just assuming the injectors work, I tested the voltage to them, 12v.

I have no clue how to work the fuel pressure regulator, my understanding is I should turn the nut on top to adjust it and it is all the way tight.

The o-rings are new with the injectors, no fuel leaks out, how do I know if that is the problem? Should I just get some new o-rings?

I presume you have no fuel pressure guage?

Ya You are allowing no fuel of way to much. The regulater should not be all the way tight OR all the way lose. You NEED a gauge
Also double check you hondata map. Do you have experience w/hondata?

You are correct sir, I have no pressure gauge, I was wondering about that. What is a decent/cheap one I should get? I think all I need to do is tap the stock fuel rail and attach it, right?

With hondata I know the basics but I don't know how to really tune, I started with the base b18c1 turbo map and changed the injector size and boost. I made one for a P30 and P72 ECU I have and they both do the same thing, although I'm not going to rule out bad ecu or bad map, but I just thought it would at least turn over.

Can I use a P72 to control an intake manifold that doesn't have the dual runners?

you can get a really nice gauge that goes off your fuel filter. like $35.00 shipped. Its B&M it fits real nice, summitt sells them. I have one, good thing to have when tuning the fuel.

Are you sure you have the right injectors? Are they even firing? Use a stethoscope or long screwdriver and listen to each injector to make sure. Pull the spark plugs see if they are wet. Check and make sure you are still getting spark. If all that is ok, then it's most likely your ecu map.

I guess I'm not sure if the injectors are firing. How do I tell with a long screw driver? Put it in the cylinder with the spak plugs disconnected and see if it gets fuel on it?

When I pulled a spark plug to test for spark I don't think it was wet.

If the injectors aren't firing what do I do? I read there is no polarity to them and I already tested the clips with a voltmeter.

**edit: The injectors are RC 440 from wiredspeed.com, so I think they would be the right ones.

Get some one to try and start the car while you hold the tip of the screwdriver on the injector body and the end of the handle pressed against your ear. You should hear a solid "ticking" sound if the injector is firing.

There is no polarity, but there are high and low resistence types of injectors.

This what it is exactly "RC Engineering 440cc Saturated Injector" How do I know which kind of resistence it is?

RC 440cc injectors are saturated, high-impedance. Saturated = high impedance (12 to 16 ohms).

If you need a fuel pressure gauge, I can sell you my B&M one since I have another one on the car.

You can try slapping the stock regulator back on to see if it'll start.
