Default wont idle in closed loop

Ive got a 2000 civic si that Ive installed a turbo on runing 8psi, after I rebuilt the engine and reinstalled into the car Ive been having an idle problem. my car will start up and run and rev just fine in an open loop setting. But after the engine gets to operating temp ill rev it up, let of the throttle and itll die out. If i ease off the throttle itll catch itself before it dies. Ive replace the iac valve, the map checked out fine, redid my grounds and swapped out ecm for my standalone. Im at a loss with it now, can anyone get me a push in the right direction thanks its much appreciated!

Did you properly set base idle after the rebuild?

Did you use all new gaskets for the intake manifold, throttle body, etc?

Here's the link to the datalog. Couldn't upload it on here so it's on media fire.

I used S300 to record this. Pretty sure I covered all the basics when I built it so it should be solid. It was idling correctly before the bearings in my turbo initially went out. Had it rebuilt by Precision Turbo (pretty close to where I live) and here we are.

Its just a basemap that I uploaded to see if i had a bad stock ecm or not, which the car acts the same on both ecms. the car was running fine then the turbo bearings went out and threw oil though out my intake system and it started acting up after that. Also Im still pretty new to boosting and tuneable ecms, so Im not sure if Ill be able to pass emissions using the s300 ecm.

You can't pass OBD2 with it. If it's OBD1 then as long as you have a good cat an a tune that isn't **** you'll be fine.

Do you have a wideband that is sending feedback to the ecu? The S300 definitely can't do proper closed loop with a narrowband sensor.

Sounds like either the ECT sensor got unpluged, (its the small sensor under the distributor with a single wire plug to it) OR its not working anymore.

Also its possible the oil that got sucked in fouled one of your sensors like the IAT sensor or MAP.
