I am running dual bosch 044. They are currently mounted and now im on to the wiring. I am going to use a 4 pin replay. I was curious if you could use a 5 pin and run the second pump to the 87a aux pin as the power? Thanks.

 

No. 87a is connected when the relay is off.

This is how I terminated mine. Both fuel pump positive + wires crimped on the 87 terminal. I used a GM 40amp 5 way relay.
