Yes.
EDIT: Clock the turbo so that the return port is vertical to the ground then use a 45* fitting on both ends of a -10 line. Understand?

Partially true, that plug on the bottom is most likely below the oil level... you'll need to tap the pan higher (above the oil line) for proper drainage.

It is possible to tap the return lower than the level of the oil, and it will work fine only if the oil level in the crankcase is below the outlet of the turbo.

Re: will this turbo drain correctly (fmfkid250)
its fine, i have a canton 5 quart pan, and i used a hole they already had in the pan, which was on the very bottom of the pan. Mine drains fine. I was having problems at first with other issues and hooked up a clear tube, and when not running it would fill up the line half way. Soon as i started up the car, it drained perfectly. If in doubt use a clear line to check and see.

Re: will this turbo drain correctly (splitime)
you will be ok with the drain there. also the line doesn't have to be above the oil level, all factory turbo audi/vw's return to the bottom.
also on a Comptech SC kit for S2K that i recently installed, the return plug replaced the drain plug
