will these injectors work?
a buddy of mine has a turbo probe, he has another motor with the injectors on it, he said they are 330's. i need to know if they will work with my car? i have a del sol vtec im about to turbo. If so, what would it take to get them in and working? he has another turbo for sale and intercooler, well just about anything u'd want.
oh yeah if my sponsor doesnt come through with my drag 3 kit, does anyone here have a turbo kit for my car or most of one? thanks

they might work if you drill out some of your rail, it looks like. Wouldnt waste my time with does tho
No fear JD, I'm going supercharged, 10-12 psi, intercooler, electroclutch M63, ghettodyne.
my install requires NO MODS to the intake or fuel rail...........
BTW the center injector was sacrificed for the better cause.
Now, if you know anything about ford injectors, you'll see why I left them sitting higher than normal.

thanks, i'll get them then he's giving them to me for real cheap. I havent looked at them that good yet but i will later today. Will they plug right in or is there anything else i need to do. how easy was it to take the top part off alittle and the ring at the bottom.

top, I used a dremel with cutoff disc, the plastic cut easy, just follow the groove all the way around, the do a diagonal cut about 1/2 way thru and snap the "ring" off
bottom, I just removed the o-ring, and the orange washer behind it. I didn't modifiy the little cap on the end as shown in the first pic. I also used a TINY engraving dremel bit (1/16") to remove the center tab inside the ford injector.
Now the fun part.......I used 3 #6 o-rings per injector (Lowes, 10 per pack, 2packs, in the plumbing/facuet area) and also used a 1/2" tall spacer (nut/screw area) instead of the black stock ones on the fuel rail mounting studs. I did also use o-rings on either side of the little spacer for a little extra room.
OK, the only WORRY I have is if the o-rings are compatible with gasoline. I just install everything, all went fine. Using 35 psi base fuel pressure. You can also use 2 factory o-rings per injector.
I'm gonna do a complete write-up, and have it posted over on the D series board. Only thing is I didn't take more pictures
Time to fill the purple bottle and go testing!
