will my intercooler flow enough ???

hey guys i have a jrc 5" will it flow enough for 250 horses, i have a ls t3t4 setup ,any input is appreciated, just want to make sure before i go get tuned that it can let me know thanks

im thinking youll be fine, made 330 on a drag intercooler, and iat's were pretty tame.

k cool, will making a cold air intake for my turbo add any performance at all ?

anytime you can get cooler air to a turbo it will help.

I have a CCA 6" (which is about the same as the JRC 6") and i'm fine at 315...i'd imagine you're fine
