stock sleeves, you will need to find a really good tuner
i don't know much about the turbo, might flatten out?

is the turbo capable of 450hp? because if it is then yes you prolly will. how long will those sleeves hold up.... even with a very very good tune i cant see them lasting too long.
if you wanna make that much power why not just have it resleeved. open deck sleeves from darton are only $625 installed.

You might look at a Dart block. Sleeving costs about a $1000, and the Dart block is $2250. You get an entirely new block with a closed deck, bigger water passages, and reinforced main seals. So all in all it costs more, but its a completely upgraded base to start from.
