HELP ME OUT WITH MY TURBO SETUP..sc61
i have a gsr in an ek.. skunk2 valvetrain.. stock gsr cams.. jg edelbrock intake manifold.. will be running 750cc injectors and walbro 255lph fuel pump..
i wanna run a precision sc61 t4 .69 trim turbine wheel with a .58 a/r vband rear housing on a inline pro scc t4 manifold.. tial bov and tial 38mm wastegate..
this is for now.. in the future i plan on getting my block sleeved by golden eagle and running 9.5:1 compression..
but for now.. what kind of power am i looking at? what kind of lag? at what rpms will the turbo be fully spooled by?
i am looking to get quick times and push alot of power, thats y i dont wanna get the sc61 t3 because people have said that it doesnt push efficiently after 350 or so hp.. and the t4 can push up to 500 easily...
tell me what u think.. let me know about your experiences with t4 setups..

More than enough people have pushed over 500whp with a sc61/t3. For 15psi, you don't need a t4.

More than enough people have pushed over 500whp with a sc61/t3. For 15psi, you don't need a t4.

Try to pm arturbo, He sold me my turbo (the one you want) and I'm sure he could answer this for you.

You got some SERIOUSLY hardcore misinformation from whoever told you that.

607 WHP on a T3 housing SC61. I would expect 15 psi to be there by 6000 RPM's, maybe a little later. You get around 1000 RPM's more lag with a T4 housing.
