will this effect the tune?
im wondering if i re-tune my car today, and replace my cap/rotor on tuesday will it be any different? all the local honda dealerships around me cant get it till then
and dont really want o'rileys or autozone brand
no it wont change anything... I just hope that your not getting any misfire at this time before your tune... cuz I wont tune my car with a misfiring problem.
I assume thats it for maintenance purpose right ?

it won't affect the tune unless your car is misfiring so badly that you can't even tune it...
if the car is driving fine and not misfiring then you're fine.
I'd put new plugs in though before a tuning session.
