if my car was tuned on bkr7e and i move to an 8 heat range plug would it still be ok with the plug just being colder?

also i did some searching on 8 heat range ngk plugs and didnt really find much info. which one do you guys recomend. is there such thing is bkr8e or bcpr8e?
