Default will a 35mm WG fit on a 38mm flange on the manifold?

if you dont know what i mean...id like to buy a new manifold with a 38mm tial wastegate flange, but i sill have my old 35mm tial that i would like to use. will it still work?

Don't they use the same flange? 35mm and 38mm use the deltagate bolt pattern...

So does a 40 mm WG use a larger flange or does that still use the 35/38 mm flange?
