i just turboed my car like a week...yesturday nite driving home i my car sounded like something was grinding, a deep low sounding grind...i was worried so i got home and opened the hood and it sounded normal...u can only hear it from the inside of the car...checked everything and it was normal...my gas was low and after i pumped earlier today, the sound was gone...i was surprised it had anything to do with the fuel system...is this normal?...my fuel setup consist of walbro 255hp and rc 550cc saturated injectors...stock gsr boosted...does anyone else have this prob?...u can hear it pretty loud at idle

another question...i know the fan is suppose to come on more often (especially 100 degree heat here in sac ) after being turbo, but my fan hardly ever goes off...only at nite sometimes it goes off...so the car is constantly idling at like 1500rpm cause of the fans being on...can i do anything about this?

yea, the walbro is louder when it isnt submerged under fue

Mine is VEry loud, sound like im grinding on a rock or soemthing... maybe i installed it not deep enoguh??? im takign that oen out and installing a new one soon, let see if the sound is still there...

carefull running that low on fuel. My car would lean out 0.75-1.0 AFR points when i was near the top of the red line even though it would still run with the needle below it or apx, 25 more miles.

okay...not too worried now since its normal...i never knew this..i drove on it only for a few miles...the low gas light was on already though
