wideband gauge
my wideband is controlled through my standalone ECU, now i want the convenence of a gauge so i can see the AFR on the fly rather than having the laptop plugged in all the time. could i buy any wideband gauge to work with the sensor provided with my ECU, or are the gauges specific to certain sensors?

Re: wideband gauge
I'm not 100% sure, but you should be able to purchase any wideband guage and wire it into your sensor as widebands have the same number of wires... I think 6...
My first thought was no, but I don't see why not! I have the AEM kit and I love it...

Re: wideband gauge
well, i already have a bunch of gauges in the car, and i found the matching WB gauge and would rather they all matched. i would assume that so long as they all read 5V that it should all work fine. i see no reason why the signal wouldn't be universal for all gauges to all sensors

Re: wideband gauge
most widebands have 2 outputs 1 for an ecu and 1 for an gauge, the gauge just needs to be 5v and you should be good to go or you could look into a tunerview as well

Re: wideband gauge
because, if you had read before hand, i already have a sensor that was provided with my standalone, so all i need now is a gauge. nothing more, nothing less. all of those "kits" come with the controller and such, which i do not need since the ECU controls all of that
