Wich muffler? (searched)
I have a 92 honda prelude h23. I plan on turboing, I want the exhaust to come out of the side like right in front of the back wheel. Which muffler do you guys reccomend for this setup i perfer a quiet one and would you suggest 2.5 or 3 inch piping?? Thanks

Where exactly is this muffler going to go? If the exhaust comes out in front of the rear wheel you will not be able to fit much more than a resonator or an n1 style fart can. You will, however, be able to blow exhaust at peoples shoes.
I beat a cobra with his exhaust coming out in front of the rear wheels. He should have killed me so apparenty this exhaust routing makes your car really slow. just some solid tech for you to digest ....no extra charge.

If i use a n1 coming out by the back wheel with no cat i think that would be pretty loud. What can i do to make a quiet setup that is going to work.

where is the muffler gonna be located? and wont the exhaust be like 1" off the ground to fit under the "sideskirt"? i run a side exit in front of the front tire and its not any louder than when i was NA with a full exhaust.

Good Luck. The only muffler you will be able to reasonably fit underneath there would be a resonator. If you put a traditional muffler (Especially a round can) it will hang low and scrape everywhere...
