Who is using stronger timing belts?
Hi,
i've took a closer look on my tooth times of my trigger wheel form my standalone ecu today and noticed some oscillations which get worse as higher the rpm does.
The engine runs absolutly fine and the pheonomen is only visible if you look at the tooth times of the trigger wheel during two engine rotations. So you need very high resolution measurement to see the changes.
BUT they are significant... so my question... does anyone of you know about this issue? and what have you done against it?
what's about stronger timing belts, could they halp? or are they realy resuce the oscillations between cam & crankshaft?
