Default white smoke after rebuild and turbo install. d16z6

my friend rebuilt his d16z6.

Eagle rods,
Suzuki vitara pistons
ACL bearings
new gaskets, waterpump, timming belt

crank was polished, and cleaned.

they put the turbo on and it started to smoke, it was almost instantly after pulling the car out of the garage. no exhaust just a downpipe was on.

we opend the wastegate, and pulled the charge piping off, so im 99% sure its not the turbo.

we then did a compression test. from 1,2,3,4 127, 130, 128, 127

engine was broken in to specsaccording to the rings instructions.

so im 90% sure the rings and pistons are fine. my buddy thinks its the valve seals.

could it be? they already orderd them because they wanted to rebuild the head anyways. any insight would be great. car now has 2.5" turbo back exhaust. and is running dsm450cc injectors, and uberdata, we were going to tune, but it is smoking like a bitch, so we need to figure that out first.

facts
smoks with or without turbo charge pipes hooked up. charge pipes are clean
compression is good.
head is very noisy.
there was oil on all 4 sparkplugs, and we are running really really rich.
2.5" trubo back, no cat, with magnaflow muffler.
small deposite of oil on each cylinder. more on cylinder 2.

thanks for the help

Was this at WOT? they seem a lil bit low..With my Vitaras just installed i threw 150PSI on all 4 cylinders..The Z6 should be at the same CR level as the Y7..

About the oil..Did you put new Seals on the Valve cover? HOw much miles on the head and Valve seals?

When i put mine the Valves seals where new and i didnt had any problem.

we ran the car warm, then pulled each plug individualy (replacing them when moving to the next cylinder), and turned the engine over untill the gauge stopped climbing. no throttle was touched. was your setup a y7 with a y8 or z6 head? im not worried about the numbers because they were all close to eachother.

the head was pulled from an engine we never heard run before, but was told it was good, also the head/valvetrain is very very loud on this head for some reason. so we are ganna change the seals, and re adjust the valves for clearance, and make sure they are within spec. any other sujestions?

Whats your oil feed line for the turbo setup like? Could be too much oil pushing out into the turbo.
