Homedepot some times has decent sized barbs in 1/4" only, but mostly the little ones in 1/8".I have a bunch of the brass fittings you need, they are 1/8" NPT w/ a 1/4" barb rather than the typical 1/8" barb that you'll see that is microscopic. I also have 15 or so T bolt clamps. let me know if you get stuck and need some, I could box them up and send them your way tomorrow.

Make sure you get a size or so bigger for your piping. 2.5" is the largest diameter of the 250's...try size up or measure the OD of your couplers!

If you have 2 1/2 piping, get the 2.50 clamp. if you have 2.00 or 2 1/4 piping get the same size clamp. it's big enough for your piping.

the 2.5" barely fit over 2.5" piping w/ silicone couplers. They do, but it's a tough one to get on. I have both the 2.5" and the next size up which i think is 2.75" and those work good, slide over easy and they still clamp more than tight enough, plus they work for the throttle body too, where as 2.5" wont.

ITR,
this is also where I get all my fittings. They have some weird metric stuff too there.
