Where does the top port on a tial wastegate go to?

Where does the top port on a tial wastegate go to?
I have a tial wastegate. I had only hooked up the side port, then I saw that for boost control I have to "add air to the top port". How do I do that?
Any pictures or comments will help.

on the tial wg the top port is for an ebc (Electronic Boost Controller) the side port is for a Manual boost controller. The key is to get the vac line on the BC as short as possible.

EBC = top port and side port
MBC or no BC = side port....also this port is T-ed into a vacuum source (after throttle body).

basically leave the top open unless you are attatching it to an electronic boost controller

How about if you dont have a BC at all. With one goes connected to the turbo?

but I am using an EBC, I have attached the side port to the solenoid and the solenoid the the intake charge(before throttle body).
The EBC only has 1 inlet, and 1 outlet, where do I plug in the top one?
