Where can I get cheap Intercoolers?
I need a big intercooler to fill my front bumper, stock civic bumper, any suggesstions?
I currently have the GReddy turbo kit. 95 Civic EX.

I just picked up a DSM Starion intercooler for $125. I found it off the dsm trader on the net. It's pretty nice and was in my budget.

Starion is the ONLY cheap intercooler. I got mine for $115 from a junkyard. There are lots on ebay and they flow really well as long as you stay under 12 psi.

Holy crap I need to get into the intercooler PIPING business! A few mandrel bends for $450!!! Are we talking platinum-plated titanium pipes or what??
I think it cost me $40 for all the mild steel mandrel bends I needed to connect my turbo to the intercooler and on to the throttle body... mild steel, sure, but it does work great and looks fine!

go to a Ford dealership and ask for a MACK truck intercooler...its about 30 across, 15 or 18 high and 2 1/2 in thickness all for about 200 bucks!!!
