for the d series guys, what rpm do you turn it on and off at. thinking about using it with my turbo setup because this nitrous kit is dirt cheap in the forsale section. kinda dont want to pass it up really. thinking about turning it on for around 3k and off at 5500rpm.

or am i just being silly, LOL

 

never turn it on before 2500 rpms, and run it till redline....

 

on most domestic applications we dont turn on before 3k, is 2500 safe for the d series?

run the nitrous through a push button coed and a wot switch hold the button and launch when you hit wot it will activate you'll be up in a safe rpm by them and release the button (shutting it off) at around 7k..although off rpm really varies with your compression ratio and boost levels

 

WOT/MSD RPM/Hobbs switch

3300 - 9000, hobbs shut it off at 10 psi. Worked great. Don't even try to **** around with holding down a button, driving, and watching a boost gauge at the same time.

 

im pretty sure id use a window switch. so itll be safe to run with boost guys... i just dont want to blow up the motor after i build it up LOL.
