motor mounts wont solve it. its caused by suspension flex not motor flex. look into traction bars.

Motor mounts won't help? Installing jimfab motor mounts on my car eliminated my wheel hop. I have H&R sport springs and Tokico Illumina struts.

Motor mounts help, but 90% of the time (so it seems to me) its not caused by the mounts, its having bad suspention. Deffinitally get aftermarket mounts or inserts for now but make sure you run good spring/struts.

Upgraded motor mounts help some but it never seems to totally eliminate it. I upgraded mine with ES poly inserts and I still hop as much as before, even with a Quaife and full suspension.

It's kinda both but more traction bars than motor mount.
My 60' foot went from 1.72 to 1.63 with the traction bars and totally eliminated wheel hop.
