whats the technical name for these "wraps"?

Default whats the technical name for these "wraps"?

my AC line is touching the compressor, so im gonna try to pull it back and wrap it in something. what do i wrap it in?

That is what I use. Even tho the compressor wont get hot enought to melt anything.

That is what I use. Even tho the compressor wont get hot enought to melt anything.

art, so its not something i GOTTA buy today? i just dont know what temps the turbine gets to. im thinking if an egt gauge goes into the mani that reads ~1400 degs, that the turbo might be that hot too. is it something i can just order and drive a week w/o it?

After you guys got the turbo did your stock temp needle go up significantly??? mine goes a little past half way mark!! when I'm cruising it stays a little past the middle... what can i do to lower the temp???

Get some fiberglass cloth at your local hardware store or surf shop and wrap it around your lines, then wrap them aluminum foil. Ghetto =
