whats a realistic hp and boost goal for my setup?
Sorry for the newb post, but im just getting anxious to get the car to the dyno and see what it can do, just looking for some insight as to what i should expect.
Setup:
94 Teg with a stock GSR with ARP headstuds
tuning on crome
Motorola 2.5bar map
PTE 1000cc injectors
Holset HX35 with the 16'cm housing
2.5" open downpipe
full throttle FPR
walbro 255
2.5" chargepipes
tryin to keep the setup pretty simple and im gonna have Reid at Kaizenspeen in the Tri-Cities tune it on pump and possible another map for racegas. Im hopeing for 400hp on pump at about 15psi, is that too unrealistic?

thats a high goal for pump gas and a stock bottom end IMO, people do it but, it will come down to what shape your motor is in and the tune. I personally wouldnt go much over 350whp on a stock bottom end, but **** i crack sleeves at <400whp so who knows.
I guarantee that there are going to be people saying oh my buddy does it and what not but thats a lot of power for a SBE.
Will see how large your ********* are once the car is on the dyno.

I think you will need a little higher PSI to get 400 even with that bigass turbo. I hope this isn't your DD. Good luck.

im still on break-in but on the b20 at 12psi it was full spool at 4200

It is, i just rebuilt the bottom end. The bottom end was sitting in my buddys shop for like 2 years and had about 90k on but the cylinder walls had some decent surface rust, so i pulled it apart, put new bearing rings and a light hone to it.

Man U FTW
IMO tune on less than 11psi and be happy w/ the 300ish whp you get out of it...shooting for 400whp is not going to happen on that stock bottom end for long unless you're running E85 or 110 octane
