The 18g uses a different flange, so it will not bolt up. The options are GT28, GT25 (I think) and the ole 19T. The 19T is hard to come by, but will be able to support around 300whp...

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, HOW LONG ARE PEOPLE GOING TO KEEP SPREADING THIS WRONG INFO??

The 18G bolts right up to the 15G manifold, regardless of the fact that the 15G is a TD04, vs. the TD05H-18G. They both utilize a Nissan (not DSM) T25 flange.

I would suggest bolting up a GT28RS or something like that for 300whp.
