I made 494 whp at 18 psi on my H22, and havent had any problems out of the car. It has run for well over a year on that setup with no issues.

but doesn't that lock your emulator out from using crome ever again? (ie. your other vehicles, or your buddy's car)

no...it doesnt. The ostrich serial is stored in a database so you can lock and unlock the emulator as you please.

it was definatly a big turn-off for me when i heard that, just didn't know if they had changed it or not.
I've been using Crome Pro for the last 3 years and i plan to continue as well.
Yes there are other things out there that have some extra nice features, but for the general population, i'd say crome gets the job done well. Only thing i wish i had was an anti-lag that worked as well as my buddy's neptune.

Upgrade to Crome GOLD and you will have the same anti-lag as Neptune/Hondata/eCtune etc. I use CromeGOLD on all the cars i tune. IMO it runs the car better than PRO

Re: Whats the most power on Crome Pro? (boosted k20)
ya if you use the "Gold" base then you have a real boost building anti-lag. im building 15psi in about 2 seconds. I love Crome...its very easy to use and ive know a couple peope who went to Neptune and were lost and never got it to work right.
Heres the anti-lag....im on the right.

Crome does NOT have the same anti-lag as Neptune/Hondata/Ectune.
Neptune/hondata/Ectune is much better.

Re: Whats the most power on Crome Pro? (.CUBISH.)
Crome Pro is only rated at 649whp. Anything above that and the engine will blow up.
It's not always about power... it's about the options and amount of manipulation you have over your ECU. With race cars you really want all of the bells and whistles possible... that's just a given. If you've noticed the type of people that use Crome usually are budget builds or people who do DIY tuning. I refuse to work with this program because I just don't have time to dick around with running into problems on the dyno. That's just my .02.
Here's a clip of the s300 anti-lag on a car I took out to the track last weekend. Nothing too special.

all i know is i can leave on 15+psi. im not gonna pick a management cause of how the antilag sounds. It seems that Pro is pretty well formed. Maybe in the future, but i guess for now Crome is gonna have to do it.

Re: Whats the most power on Crome Pro?
Here's one of my dyno videos of a Civic tuned on ECTune... Near the end of the video there is a small clip of the ALS/2-step. So far, I've never encountered any Crome tuned car getting anywhere near the true timing-retard + fuel + rev cut in the same fashion except for the AEM EMS...
