Default what is wrong with my h22a1?

Okay, it started with boost, after finally settling on a setup, an fmax style manifold, a t3 .63 housing with a stage 3 wheel, and a t4 compressor .60, an inline fuel pump, a jrsc fmu, deltagate mark II wastegate, 2.5" downpipe, 2"charge pipe from compressor to the intercooler and 2.5" from the intercooler to the TB and a simple check valve setup.

At one point, my old turbo siezed up so I drove it around with the charge piping disconnected and once it would hit vtec, it would sound like complete ***. This is when I had the 2" piping. Anyway, if you've ever heard a type R's vtec it was about twice as loud and annoying but you wouldn't even feel any power increase at all. Once the charge piping is connected however, the sound is pretty much normal.

On top of this, we took my car to the dyno and at 7 psi, I was making actually less hp then stock! I made about 145 or so whp and once vtec kicked in it would stat to sputter and the af would be all over the place! and my power was all wonky going up and down so the operator of the dyno told me to shut it down. I didn't even make it past 6000rpm.

After that, we disconnected the vtec solenoid and I was able to actually rev up to 6000 rpm but my engine seems kinda finicky.

The only thing that was half decent was the torque which was not flat at all! It climbed to about 4000 or so rpm and made about 184 ft/lb and then started to fall. I'll post up some dyno charts and I'm hoping some smart people out there can help me out! thanks.

here are the dyno charts and bot hof them are at 7 psi:

This one is with VTEC (I did one run before with vtec but it was really bad that we shut it down pretty quick:

This is when we disconnected the vtec solenoid and I was able to rev to about 6 K:

again, any input into why my car is acting the way it is, please help me. Could it have something todo with the vtec solenoid itself? Why is there no power once vtec hits and why is it sputtering so much with VTEC?? thanks again.

could timing be why this is like the way it is? I just got back from talking with a buddy about it and he also suggested that the timing belt could be off. He said that on his b16 (while in N/A) the timing belt was a bit off and the vtec sound was horrbile, it was a lot louder but there was no difference in power. He then moved the timing to the appropriate setting and it was back to normal. I'm just wondering if my timing could be that off and is it possible for it to slip to a different setting while in use.

what plugs are u running and what are they gapped at. Don't feel that bad, you dyno graph look better then mine. I made 157whp and 171ft-lbs or torque. I was misfiring, and i'm guessin your doin the same thing. I'm gonna gap my plugs at .032 and see if that helps. i'll let u know what happens.

wait, u didn't notice any of these problems while driving around before u were boosted? sounds like u probably were having problems before the dyno day even came.

well, I'm really thinking it's the timing but I haven't had a chance to check it out yet to see where it's at, but I also am starting to wonder if it could possibly be the vtec solenoid. Any other suggestions as to what it could be would be very appreciated. thanks
