What would you do?
Ok. I have a bone stock 96 hatch and I have been reading up alot on turbos and have finally decided that I am going to put together my own setup. Now this will take me some time to do because I will only be able to buy a couple items per month. My question is this...I have about $300 right now and I was thinking of upgrading my suspension prior to deciding about the turbo setup. Do you think I should spend that money on shocks/springs or save it towards the turbo? I am torn on what to do. What would you do if you were me? BTW, I was thinking of going with the KYB AGX's and some Neuspeed Race springs.

I think shocks/springs, exhaust, and clutch are all things you would want along with yout turbo kit... I will be getting all that before I go turbo. I will probably get some better tires too since my toyo spectrums suck *** for traction.

Ya, If I were you I would spend about $150 on some H&R Sport Springs or Neuspeed Sport Springs to give your hatch a better stance. Of course, you could leave it at stock ride height and put all the $$ towards the turbo it. You'd get the turbo sooner and you'd be a total sleeper. A new intake should be part of the turbo kit anyways, so don't waste $$ there. Just don't piddle your money away on stupid **** like $50 eBay mufflers...save for the turbo kit and you'll be happy you did

I always do research before I spend my hard earned $$, so I would never buy any of that ebay ****. I plan to buy some stuff from ebay, like the shocks and springs, but thats totally different. No apc or obx going on my car. I plan to put a y8 intake on the motor. The y7 sucks!

I am getting ALL my turbo parts first before I work on anythign else. I included a new clutch in the turbo parts. I am going the DIY route because I only want some extra pep...nothing major. I am taking my month by month too. So far I got the turbo (got SUPER DUPER lucky on it), manifold and an oil pan already.
