Let me see your all oil drain return setup PICS
i have a manifold and it hangs the turbo really low and i dont get much gravity feed into the oil pan. i have a 90degree fitting from turbo to oil pan and have the turbo clocked just a FEW degrees so the 90 degree bend flows downwards to some extent.
my turbo isnt high enuff to run a 45 degree fitting, if i did run a 45 it would require the line to be ran upwards to reach the top of the oil pan to drain, kinda sucks
im looking for an adapter that 180 degree straight downward fitting that doesnt travel far down in length so i can add a hose and turn the hose into the pan. most atraight fittings travel too far down and would require me to aim the hose upwards to drain in the pan, which is obviously not good. this was hard for me to put into words, hope it makes sense, now lets see some pics...

That's a nice one. except for the bulkhead fitting. not that they suck but a brazed on fitting should be slightly more reliable. Looks good

I would urge AGAINST a bulkhead fitting...after about 1 year mine is HORRIBLY lose and leaks like a ****. The only reason it hasn't come out is because it is 'threaded' into the pan, and I'll just have to weld/braze that guy back on there ASAP. So, save yourself a headache and just go brazed

has anybody tried it the domestic way???
they drill a hole, tapped it, and screw in a female fitin, and or with a nut on the other side.... depends tho on wich part of the pan u actually cut...

Re: Let me see your all oil drain return setup PICS (wade)
I went through about 4 different oil pans before I figured out what worked the absolute best. My turbo hangs low as well. This in my eyes is what I considered to be the best solution:
Hanging freely
Turbo center housing is loose
Clock the housing as well as the hose and...
