what would cause this problem with my motor???

i have a serious question, i have searched and found nothing. i have a d16y7-HMT setup with a dsm t25 and dsm 390cc injectors with a walbro 255hp and i have the d16z6 intake manifold and i have new gaskets for everything from motor to turbo... i also have a pm6 with TURBO edit from xenocron.com, my main question is........ i have been letting my car run laltly at idel and it warms up and i then shut it off, ive been doing this for a few weeks, but something cought my eye today and i looked at my hot n cold and it was all the way up on hot. now i never seen this befor motor never got that hot. also if its at idel about 950rpm i give it a REV and then it surges up and down for about 1 sec then goes back to normal. now i searched and i cant find anything. i dont have a FITV either bc i changed it out to the z6 tb etc.. i have coolant and turbo seems to spool when i rev the motor. i have no leaks on my carboard layout i placed underneath my car.. i think i might have a few reason why this is happening but it might not be so thats why im asking. 1. idel air temp sensor is bad its throwing a code 10 on my pm6. 2. air bubbles in the radiator.. 3. my exhaust is not attached corectly from down pipe to cat etc..4. my turbo is bad??. can someone please help me find out this problem asap. once again my car is kinda over the half way point on my needle and my car is surging when it hasnt never done that. out my exhaust i have steam/a lil white smoke only when i rev it up high at idel which i found out is bad to do. please help i would highly appreciate it. thanks in advacned honda-tech members.

i think it might be my fan. bc turbo motors run hotter then stock. and i have my fan hooked to a switch so it dont just kick on i have to flip the switch for it to come on. and my buddy had same problem. so most likly it was human error. thanks for the respond

In the kills section, this is called a 'screen door' post. Theres like 5 half-questions in there, so wtf? Can't you sum it up into 1-2 normal sentances please?

Take your rad cap off and start the car the air will bubble out that way. Also is your rad cap good? I would also pressure test your coolant system.

hey guys. i did the rad cap off and start my car and as it warmed up massive air bubbles came out the rad... is that good or bad? also it sounds like my surgin went away now.. but i still have a l il bit of white smoke?? head gasket?
