Default What would cause this...?

I went to the dyno last night and every run looked like the graph below. We have no idea what would be causing it to look like that. Previous dynos looked very smooth. This was on a dynojet. My tires are pretty worn to the point where the wires have bursted through. Maybe that has something to do with it, maybe something with the ignition...?

Looks like that dyno was having trouble picking up a strong ignition signal, and then on top of that the car started to spin up top.

That makes sense. The dyno was getting the ignition signal off the coil. How can you tell it was spinning?

This is a previous dyno. Smoothing is also on 0. We did put it on 5 and it looked better but the old run was on 0 and we were using that as a comparison.

I don't really, lol, but I can't imagine any car making that kind of power is going to not spin on the dyno with bald *** tires.

Not just bald tires, steel belt tires!

You could try adding more straps, as well as sitting it 1" or so behind the very top of the roller. When your car spools and pulls ahead slightly, it will hug the rollers tighter. Honestly though, you'll probably blow the rubber out before you eliminate all wheelspin. Honestly, I can't even imagine many rims costing less than a fresh pair of tires. Blow that tire at 400whp and I'm sure you'll funk that rim pretty good.

LOL! the inner edge of the tires is the only part that is worn because of camber. I raised the car to put the slicks on before the last race event and I noticed the tires then. The car is still raised but yeah, I am not going back on the road until I put new tires on. I am going back to max this 60trim and try what HiProfile suggested. So, you guys think the tires might have been doing this or the ignition signal?
