Default what would be better

i have 98 honda civic hatchback and im just wondering what would be better, going turbo with a b18c motor or do a all motor set up with a k24/k20. these set up do make the car go in the 11 sec, but which is better. which one would be cheaper.

Depend if you want a turbo car or a N/A car. I'll go K-series if I had the money.
