any body got any info going back in acouple weeks for retune just wanna know what kinda hp number im looking at wanting some where close to 600 or 650 on 30 to 45 on race gas think its dooable on this setup
Awsome just wanted to here it from somone else was worried about the t70 possibly not maken it to my goal and yes I got a very well tuner and bisi moto parts all the way!
Sorry but you wont see 600 with that fuel setup, nor with that turbo. 1000cc is good for maybe 500-550 really pushing the injectors which is not safe. And mitsu doesn make a factory turbo capable of 600.
I would say with your setup 400-450 is well within reach with a conservative tune

^ur corn fed whereas the op is asking about pump and or race gas. Big difference. Them injectors wouldn make that kind of power on pump at 95% idc like ur other post stated. Plus like I said he would be really pushing em which is just not as safe.
I mean Im pretty shure my fuel system is fine rc1000s waldbro 255 intank with bosch fuel pump under hood and over sized fuel lines and fuel rail my fuel system is pretty close to some the best its my turbo I'm worried. About the t70 think I can get 45psi out of it
You said it was a dsm turbo what did it come off of? I own an evo 8 and the turbo is bigger than any found on a eclipses/talons and its max is around 550cfm and. The most anyone runs on them is around 30 psi.
Another thing to remember is psi doesn't make power air flow does so a small 50 trim at 5 psi is not the same as a 35r at 5 psi. I would start by finding out what ur turbo flows in cfm, then find out how much air your motor will need at your hp goal and match the turbo that way. It will also tell u if that turbo is way out of its effeciency range.. nothing sucks worse than overspinning a turbo and blowing it and ingesting metal into your fresh build.

It didn't. No real manufactured turbo starts with "DSM".. This smells of the dreaded e-bay. "T70" and "DSM" should be the first clues.
Not saying you bought it off of ebay you might have gotten it used from someone I don't know, but it is an ebay turbo. My friend had one that was just how you described from ebay. No real evo 3 turbo says evo 3 on it anywhere. Like I said all evo turbos start with tdo5h
F***k well any way seems to be a good turbo its holding good 500whp be possibl just on what u know. Broke tha bank on this build strap for cash for a turbo now
6262 is..... nice. But not my favorite. I still not impressed with the internal thrust bearing structure as of yet, but they may improve.
