Default what size turbo

My next build will be a sleeved gsr, stock bore size with the usual bottom half parts. My question is what size and brand turbo should i use if I want to reach the 600-700 hp range? thanks

What's your budget? (how much are you willing to spend?)
T3 or T4 flanging?
V-band or 4 bolt?
Journal bearing or ball-bearing cartridge? Do you know the difference in each?
Do you have water lines ready?
Which exhaust manifold do you plan to use?

More specifics please..

Shodan-

it'd actually be pretty interesting if you complied a list according to options of turbos for certain goals like that....t3 or t4 flanged, ball bearing or journal, divided or non- turbine, etc.
