I am planning on turboing my CRX this winter, the motor is a B18A1. I will be using a T3/T04e Garrett turbo with Inline Pro mani. I am hoping for 300 hp, and I've been looking at Precision intercoolers because of the quality.

The 350 hp ic measures 26.75" X 6.2" X 3.5". But I've noticed several people run slightly larger intercoolers. I was thinking about the next step up, the 600 hp ic measures 31.5 x 8 x 3.5.

Would this size be better for me? Or would the smaller ic be okay?

I THINK THE SMALLER IC WILL WORK FINE IF YOU THROWING A TURBO ON IT. MOST OF THE TIME YOU WILL GET 260HP NO PROBLEM. SO IF YOUR GOING FOR 300HP YOU WILL NEED TO TUNE IT GOOD.BUT YA WHY NOT GO BIGGER IF U GOT THE CASH CAUSE ITS BETTER IN THE LONG RUN.

If you only plan to make about 300 whp then the smaller intercooler would fit you best, Why spent on something that is ment for 600hp. Sometimes going too big will hurt you, but if you also thinking of expanding your power up more in the future then maybe the 600hp one would be better in the long run...
