Default what should my buddy do next?

i got a friend with bone stock Ls motor with a Rev Hard kit on it.....he is pushing 7psi....he doesn't have any intentions on building the bottom yet....he is wondering should he get some cams, intake mani, etc etc.......

im not all that knowledgeable about the Ls motors so i don't know what stuff would benefit him.....

we are open to any comments

lil impatient

how much money does he want to spend? i would reccomend ditching the fmu that comes the kit..get some bigger injectors, adj FPR, fuel pump, and hondata and tune it at 10-12 psi

440cc/min Injectors or larger
Walbro 255lph fuel pump or larger
Uberdata or Hondata

Don't worry about wasting money on intake manifolds and stuff yet...get the fuel issues taken car of first.

well i would say no matter what kinda bolt on you do..your going to have to do some kind of tuning...cams or an intake manifold wont really help at that boost level...what kinda exhaust setup does he have?....

at his point in mods the best thing to do is up the boost and tune it..you might be able to get away with using an vafc with the current setup, but hondata really isnt much more and will be well worth it in the long run....raising the boost to 12psi and tuning should yeild an extra 50+whp from the current setup...your not gonna get anything close to that with other mods
