Default What should i do...

Currently im running basically a full greddy turbo kit:

b18b1
completely stock top and will stay that way
9.5 wesico piston
eagle 600hp rod
new oil and water pump
new timing belt
Greddy turbo manifold
Greddy 18g
2.5 inch intercooler piping
28x6x2.5 JRC intercooler
Hondata s200b
2.5 inch downpipe>3 inch test pipe> thermal turbo cat-back
Still have the greddy elbow
550cc injector

Im currently running 11psi now on stock map sensor on a street tune (no idea what whp or tq im at), i wanted to make atleast 280whp and i dont know if i should switched out for different turbo and manifold. but since i only want around 280whp i could make a full 3 inch downpipe for the 18g (spoolinperformance can make it) and turn up the boost to around 17 psi? that would be using my money for wisely then spending about 2g for new stuff. what do you guys think i should do..

Also i dont have A/C, i took it out a few weeks ago and love it , still have the stock radiator with stock fan

your setup looks decent and would hold 280whp easy..BUT your problem area is that 18G's internal wastegate.

Yup many people say the internal wastegate spike like crazy in hgih boost, i plan out my new turbo-setup already i just dont know if i should go with it.
This is what i wanted:

Bmc race v2 elf manifold
3 inch downpipe
SC34 .63 a/r
tial 38mm wastegate

with that, the 3" exhaust and the 3-bar map......with tuning should get you to your goal (maybe more ). I'd talk to your tuner first
