What should i do?
Hie bros!I'd just fixed up my jrsc on my crx ef8 but the rpm during idling is quite high at 4500rpm.What is the cause of this and what should i do?I dare not even drive the car yet as the idling is really high...Thanks.
Would there be any problem with the tps sensor that is on the throttle body?I did changed into dc2 throttle body but for the tps sensor,i used back my original b16a1 as the dc2 throttle body doesn't come with a tps sensor?Would that be the cause of high rpm in my engine? Thanks.

could be the tps but I doubt it, the rpms wouldn't be that high if it was the iacv, tps, fast idle valve, vacum leak. but maybe you have a freak on your hands.

I can't fix my original b16a1 throttle body into the jrsc as my fast idle valve casing is separated from the throttle body unlike the itr or other b series throttle body which the fast idle valve casing is joint with the throttle body.I guess i've got to look for the itr tps sensor. One more thing, could i start my car without the jrsc belt attached to the alternator? Thanks.
