Its a Garrett T3 off a saab. The number is TBO356. I know the compressor is a .42 but i cant find what the exhaust is.....I looked in the housing but cant find the stamp anywhere. Anyone know what it is? I think its a .48 but not sure.

Also, i think i need a new ex. housing for it so if anyone has one, new or used or know where i can get one cheap let me know....thanks

That is almost definitely a .48 a/r turbine housing. I have never seen a Saab T3 turbo with anything larger.

The a/r is almost always on the housing somewhere. It's usually located just inside the opening. Sometimes you need to scrape that area with a razor or wire brush to uncover the number since it will be hidden by carbon build-up.
