boost means nothing without a setup rundown. 20 psi on a small turbo could only net you 300whp vs 20 psi on a huge turb would net you 600+whp. up to abotu 400whp heat range 7 is good, after that an 8 or 9 would be needed. higher number colder plug. BKR7E is where you want to start for 400-450whp

Thats what I was thinking too and he's using the iridium ones which should allow for an even bigger gapping. I switched to brk7e after the recent build with a 25 gap but I have msd ignition, wires, coil so I'm wondering if I should use a bigger gap...

What MSD box? The regular boxes like 6a, 6al, sci dont like alot of gap from my experience, but if your running a CDI6 or 7 then you can widen the gap up a little if you dont get spark blow out

then i would personall;y keep the plug gaps where your currently at. You can try going up, worst case is you get blow out and have to gap them back down

It all depends what features you want and how much you want to spend. You do not really need an S300 unless you plan on doing your own tuning, etc. (it has on-the-fly tuning which is nice to have but only in the right hands otherwise you can make your car go boom lol).

I think the Hondata S200 (WITH boost, datalogging and 2-Step) is a nice option for most people.
