what kind of manifold do you have ? different manifold have different ways to route the DP. Most revhard or Drag, you can get 2 U-bends and it will be plenty enough to get the right angle and etc

cool thats what i was hoping to hear. Could i use the stainless steel u bends, or whatever those are, from jcwhitney, or would that not suffice. Im using a custom log manifold, with a 14b

u can use either stainless of mild steel...i prefer stainless, but its a little more $. yes, 16ga is thick enough and try to get the tighest radius possible bend if ur short on space.

How about aluminized steel, heard that it prevents it from rusting. That is if you cant afford a SS DP. what manifold are you using.? I would go with the Stainess steel like Full Race i think they come with a flex pipe. If your looking for budget try Camp1320.com he has 2.5 inch mandrel bent one peice DP.

FYI, I have a Maxrev 4 bolt ss 2.5" dp for sale. You will need to use a maxrev manifold though.

Oh. You can use any of the metals you asked about there, it comes down to having it welded. Be sure to use the tightest bends possible---usually a u bend will have a tighter radius then the 90 bends.
