What part did you give the most thought to before purchasing...
I have decided on the turbo, fuel, Wastegate, Bov, and IC but I cant make up my mind on a manifold.
I have considered log manifolds (which seems to be the best for my plans), ramhorns, short tubular ones and still cant make a decision.
My car is not a DD and I don't race, I just want to make my care more enjoyable to drive. I can honestly tell you I have considered kits from the Greddy to FR and evreything in between. I am willing to spend the extra $ but I have to justify the estra cost!
So ..... What made you guys decide the design you went with?

Manifold. Pay as much attention to design as to actual build quality - maybe even more attention to design, if you want to pinch pennies. Go merge collector.
Everything else will either do the job, or not. Gets pretty cut and dry.

I chose the ERL cast stainless steel manifold because it is impervious to cracking and I would never have to worry about it. all while making more power than I will ever effciently put down in a street car.

I had to choose between which manifold to run but i decided on rld-fabs ramhorn. Why because ive read nothing but good things about it, an it will make the power. Also turbo i had to choose between sc44 or sc61 but in the end i chose sc44 since its better for my goal i wanna make.
