What oil to run?
Boosted B18c1
t3/t4 14 psi.
So which oil should I use I've been told everything from 5w50 to 20w50. It's a turbo car, so I just want to make sure I have the right oil in the bitch.

those of you running 10w30, may I ask why?
I'm guessing your cars were 5w30 from the factory, why increase the cold start viscosity but keep the hot viscosity the same? Just curious, not knocking anyone.
I used to run 5w30 but now on my built motor I've stepped up to 10w40.

Re: (notoriousB)
10W-30 tends to be a bit more stable and will hold its grade longer. So, if you don't need thestart the engine in sub-freezing weather, you might want to consider a 10W-30 over a 5W-30.

Re: (BigMoose)
I used Red Line Oil 10W-30 for so long. New set up, I have been running the Havoline Racing Revolution 10W-30. That seems to be a really good oil. Liking it a lot.
